For Fathers & Men
Mental health & support for fathers and men.
Fathers and men experience depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, loneliness, parenting stress, relationship problems, and other mental-health challenges too.

A Message to Fathers & Men
You do not have to hide your pain to prove that you are strong.
You can be a loving father and still need support.
You can be a strong Black man and still attend therapy.
You can protect your children while also protecting your own mental health.
You can experience fear, grief, depression, anxiety, or trauma without losing your value as a man.
Your children do not need you to be perfect. They need you alive, supported, emotionally present, and willing to heal.
Speaking up can break cycles.
Seeking treatment can save a life.
Healing fathers raise healing children.
A Message to Survivors
Your diagnosis is not your identity. Your past does not decide your future.
Getting help does not mean you failed — it means you chose to keep fighting.
I wrote The System Didn't Break Me because I want survivors, parents, foster youth, adoptees, people with disabilities, and anyone who has ever felt misunderstood or forgotten to know that their story is not over.
You deserve to be heard.
You deserve proper support.
You deserve healing.
You deserve another chance.
